Doughnut Shroom

Found this very interesting 'doughnut' looking mushroom on my walk - there were several others nearby too.

I think it is called the 'Saffron Milk Cap' but if anyone knows please let me know!

Looks like a bread roll from this shot from above. Google Lens suggest it could be Tricholomopsis rutilans.
