On a hunt for some food to photograph, I found this garlic which had been lurking in the fridge a little bit too long. Made for an interesting pic though :)
Interesting indeed. A little "factoid" I learned about garlic this past Autumn...that it shouldn't be refrigerated or frozen. (as I had done before as well) It should be kept in a dry, dark, not-too- warm temp area. Now you know. :)
Haha, great shot. You should plant this and you'll get plenty of your own homegrown garlic. I do that all the time. And, yes, don't ever put it in the fridge!
