Flash of red - Household objects #4 (red)

The girls helped with this one. They suggested using one of their food bowls for my 'red' flash...

(They didn't get to eat the tomato though - tomatoes, being related to deadly nightshade, are probably not too good for parrots)

I like this picture, Good Job. The stuff I've read on my birds suggests that fresh tomatoes are too acidic and can cause ulcers, but dried or cooked tomatoes are ok, and my birds favorite treat is a bit of tomato sauce on pasta, like spaghetti or ravioli

@cdonohoue Here's some info about tomatoes and dogs. It sounds like the red ones are ok, but the green ones not so good for them (more upset tummy than anything worse though).
