I cleaned out the papers in the bottom of the girls' houses this morning. While sorting out Phoenix's abode I discovered that she'd dropped several treats and not bothered to reclaim them from the floor. I put them out and she flapped over to investigate and consume (with some help from Magic too). They get nuts wrapped in cupcake cases, for anyone wondering :)

I think we still have it recorded though so I'll watch again... :) @jenrobcarr They prefer walnuts and almonds. They've also had cashews and hazelnuts but aren't as keen. I don't give them peanuts (can lead to aspergilliosis) or brazils (very high in selenium) though. They only get them as occasional treats, as nuts are pretty high in fat for little birdies. @eniaral I think so too :)
