The girls were peckish when I got home from work to let them out this evening, so they both headed for their plate of toast (or 'sandwich' in Magic speak). Anyone would think that some sweetcorn, apple, passionfruit and pellets just wasn't enough!
they get passionfruit? that must get messy. I must say I am quite partial to the occasional passionfruit myself.
Are the girls spending more time closer to each other now? I've noticed a couple of photos with both being reasonably close to each other lately.
@lbmcshutter The passionfruit got very messy! (I think Magic even got a seed on her head...) They do seem to get closer now, though they're still not what I'd call friends... and there's lots of argy bargy if one gets too close to the other one's snack.
@olivetreeann You're right about the camera attack, though it's not because they want to eat in peace, just because they want to eat the camera!
@jld29 Yep, they both speak. Magic says 'sandwich' (I want food), 'juice' (I want a drink, or sometimes a bath), 'Kiss' (followed by kiss noises) and 'scritches please' (I want you to scratch behind my ears).
Phoenix says 'hello' and 'clever'.
