My friend Karen lives in an area south-west of Tokyo. It's an enormous city, with very diverse subdivisions... The metro was crazy but made travel incredibly easy. We only travelled at rush hour once - and got squished like sardines - but otherwise it was comfortable and speedy to get about. These pics are from a small park near where Karen lives in Ookayama.

I am so far behind!! Life has been manic recently, and even the onset of the holidays hasn't provided any respite thanks to my kids... but I live in hope! Woke up too early this morning and decided to get up and try to catch up with some of my 365 friends. Love this collage, might not manage to leave comments on every shot but I will look at them :)
