O is for... occupational health and safety

I spent today at a workplace health and safety conference. It was actually very interesting, with some great guest speakers, including a police officer who had been responsible for taking Aussie police to New Zealand following the Christchurch earthquake, a teacher who was injured on a school trip and is now a workplace inspector, and an ex-Olympic swimmer who talked about the elite athlete lifestyle and how we can adopt a 'life athlete' lifestyle. We got some good food and free stuff too :)
