Actually these roses are one of Phoenix's chew toys*, so it's perfectly acceptable for her to eat them :)

*Actually I should note that if you have parrots around, everything is a chew toy!

My African Grey had this same bouquet of roses, "had" being the important word there. It was almost painful to give the toy to her as it was so cute. Looks like Phoenix is enjoying picking the flowers.

@alia_801 Don't you just love to find a toy that your parrots really enjoy. It's funny how some are completely ignored while others are played with immediately. At least that's the way it is here with my group.

@lyndemc Same here too - we have some toys in the house that we bought when we first got Magic and they've never been touched - others are gone in minutes!
