Helping people... on Friday it was by first aiding at the Good Friday Appeal. Lots of people raising funds for the local children's hospital

Sounds like a very special cause. We have something like that with a program called "Easter Seals" although I haven't heard their name recently. I wonder if they've stopped or been absorbed by another program. Hmmm... hope all your efforts paid off.
