IDAHOTB 2016

Today is International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOTB, or sometimes IDAHOBiT). My workplace is proactive about inclusion and diversity, so we decorated, raised awareness with a display, and held an afternoon tea.

While it was nice to have an excuse to hang out and eat cupcakes, I sincerely wish this day didn't need to exist at all.
Fabulous :) I agree I wish that people would just accept people for who they are.

I like that you're work is doing that. Too many closed minded people need to open their minds and just accept people for who they are.
