The first clue I had that we had a freeze over night was that my car door wouldn't open. Using brute force, I finally yanked the door free and got out the scraper to clear the windshield. Walking around to the front of the car, I was startled to see something I had never seen before: Raindrops perfectly beaded on the car hood and then frozen like so many crystals. They remained only til the car warmed up but it was fun while they lasted.
Love the ice drops...though not scraping my car when iced over! To answer your ? re: my post - Frank took a couple pics while I was helping run the show.
This is an interesting picture, Allison! Spring in the mountains is so different than elsewhere ... still snow, but longer, warmer days. We won't have rain for AT LEAST another month! Frozen raindrops ... hmmmm! thanks for your kind comment!
