We brought a bag of these delectable little beauties back from Florida. What could be better than seedless citrus with an easy peel skin? Unfortunately they are now all gone. As it says in Ecclesiastes, "To everything there is a season." We'll be looking forward to the next time clementines are in season.
The interesting feature about these clementines is that they came from the US and were packaged by Tropicana in a mesh bag. (I think the crates usually come from Spain.) The last couple of times I bought a crate the lower layers were all moldy so this was especially appreciated. I could literally see each piece of fruit when I examined the bag.
Such a clever picture...the way that one of the oranges is peeled. :) I can almost taste it! I also like the verse that you have selected as it is one of my favorites.
