Couldn't resist a little reversal of perspective when I took this shot of kindergardeners in the garden. Each has a clump of dirt containing several earthworms. They used magnifying glasses to get close up and personal with the little wigglers. One little boy was so squeamish he flipped his plate when he happened to touch the worm by accident. However most of the little scientists really got into this intimate introduction to nature.
Great shot Allison, I love how intent they are on the plate. The girl in the middle looks like she's doing it, but not really that happy about it *lol*
what a wonderful capture, Allison! (Must have part of yesterday's Eath Day activities at your school? Good thing it was a sunny day for being outside!)
Wonderful photo, Allison! They sure did have fun with that. Being as warm as it was I was a little worried some might "fry" the worms with their magnifying glasses....we used to do that to bugs on the sidewalk in summer...bad kids that we were!!
