Visiting this quaint New England town is like stepping back in history to the 18th century. We had dinner in a little sea food restaurant and then took a drive through the narrow winding streets of the old town. We ended up at the beach just as the moon was rising. Using a few of Picnik's effects to heighten the drama of the scene made a memorable picture.
I hope you are enjoying your time in MA! Thanks for your nice comments on my photos, I appreciate each one.
This is such a great shot and I really like how you enhanced it with Picnik. As you know, I am really loving that program and I feel like I am getting better at knowing when and which effect to use. It's a blast. Friends have told me that Photoshop is so time-consuing and difficult, I think I'll be sticking with Picnik for now anyway.
Wow! Wasn't that your good fortune to be right there as the moon rose...and (of course!) with your camera! So glad to read you've found a wonderful place to visit, and still foundtime to post your pictures for all of us to enjoy! WIll go take a look through them as I've missed out for a few days!
Thanks for the thumbs up regarding "my" Dill! I'd tried for a couple of days to catch him situated with the owl, but one successful picture is the tale of many failed attempts! I just adore that cat so much, it pleases me when others see how beautiful he is, too!
