Peace Frogs

Peace Frogs is an American apparel company, based in Gloucester, Virginia, founded in 1985. This company started with the production of multi-colored shorts with international flags, The founder of Peace Frogs, Catesby Jones, claims that the frog is an American Indian symbol for peace and is recognized by some cultures as an icon for good luck.
I found this particular peace frog on a cover for a spare tire while I was on my morning walk. Isn't it amazing what you discover when you pay attention?

I don't think I have ever seen a "Peace Frog". This one is very colorful -- I can see that this frog would look great on T's and sweatshirts.

yes! i love peace frogs. got my first peace frog when i was 15 (i won't age myself... but that was a very VERY long time ago!)

That is a very interesting frog, like the colors. I am amazed sometimes when I post a photo, I will do little research on what I am photographing. I would have thought this just a design not an actually product logo. Great photo.

Thanks for your thoughtful comment about both Dill & our pending departure date. The guys (B&D) had the surgery done on his eye now so that he'll be back to 100% when we all leave for our trip in November. But before that, we leave Lunenburg in just over a month...you can probably guess how much it pains us to have to go! Just today we started talking about how soon we want to return next year...in every way we just love it up here!
