Through a glass lightly

I took a picture of this glass ball perched on a metal rod in front of a neighborhood yard last Sunday, before the theme was announced. I went back today so I could have a photo on the right date. I must have looked like a contortionist as I squatted on the grass, trying to get a picture through the crackled glass. Fortunately there was no one around to wonder what i was doing.
