I went out this afternoon desperately seeking inspiration. My attention was caught by something that has puzzled me in the past. what makes these dribbles of asphalt on the streets in my neighborhood? Are the repair crews so inept that they can't pour a straight line? Or is it some would-be Jackson Pollack trying to make his mark underfoot? I don't know, but I do believe art is where you find it, and so I present you "An Arrangement in Black and Gray"
