My last entry in the numbers theme. I could find nothing to inspire me until I looked at the jumble of remote controls resting on a shelf in the living room. So many electronic devices, each with its own design. Why can't they put the mute button in the same place on all of them?
It's amazing in this world of every growing technology that we cannot find one remote that would be capable of operating every piece of equipment we buy.
great shot Allie. I took all mine and put velcro on them and put them on a board. My wife had a fit, until she never again had to look for them. Now she likes them

Awesome picture. I bought my husband a "Commander Remote" from sony years ago because I was tired of all of the remotes. He dropped it, it broke and we were back to all of those remotes again!
I took a similar shot back in November (http://365project.org/ZG/365/2010-11-29) --- I can't imagine WHY "they" can't make these things universal! It's gotten to the point that I can't turn on the TV since I don't watch very often and can't remember which remote (and/or button!) to push! LOL!
Great idea for the theme.
