One of the streets I walk on was closed off for a block party, and the residents had rented a bouncy house for the kids. When I returned home and studied the picture, I got to thinking how changing the caption would totally change your perception of what was happening in this scene.
1. Whee! We're having a wonderful time.
OR
2. Help! We are being held prisoner. Get us out of here!!
I realize no one has ever been held against their will in a Bouncy House, but theoretically it could happen.
It's so true... the way you caption a photo can make a huge difference in the viewer's perception of what's happening in the scene. I never thought about that before, at least consciously.
kids love those things but we get so many calls on kids cracking their heads after someone lets to many of them in there. I like the way you process the surroundings of this . Nice job
Cool shot, I like the selective colouring. I had to laugh though, as I just saw a movie the other day with Reece Witherspoon, called Four Holidays (I think?). She was held captive in a bouncy thing by all the nasty kids who were bouncing her all over the place :)
