A group of teachers met after school this afternoon for a little holiday cheer. We also raised our glasses to our good friend, Dana in honor of her birthday. Happy Birthday, Dana, and many more!

Dana looks quite the wine connoisseur the way she is holding her wine glass :).............
Tip to look as though you know what you are doing with wine allison...
..hold the glass up to the light to see it's true colour
..swirl it around in the glass, to see how it sticks to the glass (see it's tears)
..smell it once you've swirled it round
....have a little taste , swill it in your mouth and suck some air in at the same time (emphasises the taste )
There you go allison, you do that and you will be the resident expert on your table ....
