allison, i don't understand how the american voting system works, but you are a democracy and you can be proud of that ...the sticker seems a bit like 'apathy'...nobody should ever be apathetic....one protests by voting :)
@phil_howcroft Phil, what this bumper sticker is saying is that the incumbents have done such a bad job, let's vote them all out and start over with a fresh bunch. Sort of like a "no confidence" vote!
