This afternoon I attended a retirement party for five teachers, with a total of 135 of years teaching at our school. Along with current faculty and administrators there were students (both present and former) who wanted to say good-bye and former teachers who returned for the celebration. Also honored were the families of these teachers for the support given throughout their long illustrious careers. Beautiful pov, Allison ... love the lighting on this. A very special day for them ... I love education and will probably take classes on something or other forever (or as long as I can!) I appreciate the special gift of a great teacher.
