Now we have 2 pastry chefs in the family! Max sent me this picture of Maddie proudly displaying her baked goods made in the EZ Bake Oven. We gave her the oven for Christmas, but things were so hectic during our visit, she didn't get to try it out til Sunday. How I wish we had been there to taste her goodies! Her apron is from Costa Rica, a gift from Sarah who got it when she worked at an eco-camp this summer, teaching yoga.
@digitalrn Did you read about this year's controversy concerning the color of the oven, making it inappropriate for boys? Fortunately Hasbro yielded and there are now EZ Bakes for boys as well as girls.
my granddaughter is getting a little kids tool kit for her third birthday in March! i hope to bake with her one day when she's older. she already likes 'helping' her daddy doing cooking and building! i love the look on Maddie's face ~
