Two Bigs and A Little

Often converting a picture of children to B&W gives it a special formality which makes the picture even more special. I posted the black and white version on flckr http://tinyurl.com/cym6d4l but the Spring colors were so yummy, I had to stay with the original. What do you think?

I agree the colors are very Springy, but I do favor B/W, and I especially like the B/W in this one

I prefer this one to the B/W. the red of the dresses and the pail against the gorgeous white flowers..what a picture.

Tough call- I like them both, and as much as I like the color there's something about the b/w version that I like just a little bit better. Maybe because it's like one of the Life Magazine moments in someone's life- a candid record of how the day was spent or something to that effect. But I'm in the minority here!
