Here we are at the Second Annual Richmond Street festival held in the former bus barns of the GRTC (Greater Richmond Transit Company) I hope you also look at my other posting to experience more of the rich mix of art that was being created this week end. The weather was sunny and crisp, the perfect day for being outside. The festival had no entrance fee and, except for a few food trucks and local artists selling their art, there wasn't much of the commercial tone of many of these festivals. All in all, it was just a great day to be in RVA (That's Richmond, Virginia to the rest of you!)
