I was parking at the grocery store when I noticed that a group in full Scottish regalia was also gathering in the parking lot. I approached them to ask if I could take a few pictures, and they kindly obliged. When I came out of the store, I heard the unmistakable sounds of bagpipes as Greater Richmond Pipes & Drums began to tune up. They were preparing to escort Santa Claus into Carytown, to kick off the start of the holiday season and celebrate Small Business Saturday.
