What a wonderful Christmas gift! These are Virginia peaches, picked by the kindergartner who gave me the jar and canned by his Mom. I must add that his mother teaches Second Grade, runs a household with 2 active kids, and just returned from a school visit to an international school in Morocco where she and a colleague taught engineering to a broad range of students. She is a dynamo and makes you wonder if there is anything she can't do!
