Sarah has been harvesting lettuce all winter from her raised beds. Here you see red leaf lettuce, butter crunch lettuce and Swiss chard. We're having a salad tomorrow but tonight we went to a great sushi restaurant with Sarah's cousins visiting from Toronto, her mother and sister. Unfortunately this afternoon I somehow managed to put the photo card in the camera backwards and none of this evening's pictures were preserved. What a disappointment. You would think after all these years I would know how to use a camera, but it's things like this that keep you humble.
@brillomick I think I gave you the wrong idea. This was my d-in-law's garden in Gainesville, FL. And the Spring picture is my daughter's flowers in Swampscott, MA! I do take pictures of Virginia flowers when I am home!
