Our Second Graders have been figuratively immersed in all things oceanic. Today a traveling exhibition came to give them a hands-on experience of crabs, clown fish, and other sea creatures. It was educational and entertaining, but what impressed me most was how well prepared our students were. The could answer all the questions thrown at them and had a firm grasp on marine vocabulary. Exoskeleton, anyone?
