Farewell Friend

As we headed to our car after this afternoon's memorial service, there was a flash of red and a cardinal dropped down to perch on this stop sign. It seemed clear that he was posing for me, and I couldn't help but take comfort that it was a sign from Ginny.

What a sign, both, for Ginny and the Bird and Red on Red. After my Mom passed a sparrow would come to the back window and look in, We both love Birds and I truly felt her presence when this bird appeared! It was so hard when we had to sell the house. We lived on Ridgeley off of Parham.
