One in the Spirit

A new chapter in the life of our congregation -- a partnership with one of the 1001 New Worshipping Communities of the PC(USA) – AFREIM (African Evangelical International Ministries) . The coming together of Westminster Presbyterian Church led by Pastor Joel Morgan and AFREIM with Pastor Humphrey Muraya began this morning with a joint worship service. WPC and AFREIM will also begin to work together on mission and outreach projects. AFREIM will have its own space and offices in Westminster's building but we look forward to find creative ways to join forces.

@happypat Not an actual merger, Pat. We are offering them the use of our facilities, and we hope to do some joint activities, but we still keep our governing bodies separate.
