Jack accompanied his parents to New York, traveling by train and hitting lots of restaurants. Meg sent me this picture, but I won't get the whole story til tomorrow. Can't wait to hear all about it.
@Weezilou You are so right! When you travel with 4 people in the restaurant business, visiting restaurants is what you do. Jack tried it all including octopus and mussels!
@allie912 OK...I confess to a pet peeve when people won't even *try* what's put in front of them! ("Persnickety", my mother called it!!) It delights me when children are raised to take a taste of what's been put in front of them so they might learn to be adventurous eaters! Well done, Jack! You're going to love your gourmet life!
