Max and Sarah are very health conscious. They both get up early to run or do yoga (Sarah) or run or weight train (Max) Here we are taking Maddie to Band Camp while Max jumps rope. He can jump for an hour. I admire his dedication.
BTW, I am posting my photos while sitting on the airport tarmac in Atlanta. Storms in Richmond, our destination, have temporarily closed the airport.
