In Need of Light Housekeeping

This was a bluebird house. What it has become, I can't really say. Did an angry bird do this or someone who was changing the decor. Any ideas?

Could be the Bluebirds moved out and somebody else tried to move in, the Bluebirds were forced out or "someone" got to the Bluebirds. Hard to say but it does look rather disheveled!
