Every year my colleague and I write personal notes to express our thanks for the more-than-500 books donated at the Parents Night Book Sale. I think this is the first time I have received a personal note thanking me for the note I wrote! This was from a Second Grader with a natural grace.
I asked her if I should write her a thank you note to thank her for the thank you note she wrote to me. Fortunately we both agreed to leave it at that.
