What a remarkable experience to look around and see a group of these stately creatures serenely walking by. There are 3 kinds of giraffes. The Masai Giraffe is native to Tanzania.
@Weezilou Depends on where you are. Cool in the morning, warm or hot in the afternoon, coolish at 8000 feet on the rim of The Ngorongoro Crater, sunny and 80 here on the Serengeti at midday but supposed to be cool at night. Nothing I would call winter cold.
