My friend had an extra ticket to the Virginia Repertory production of The Curious Incident of the Dog at Midnight and invited me along. I was so glad she did. I had read the book many years ago and couldn’t imagine how this would translate to the stage, but thanks to remarkably creative staging and a stellar performance by the young man who starred as Christopher, it was a great success. Plus with a 7 pm curtain, we actually got home at a reasonable hour!
