Tonight’s dinner included individual meatloaves from a recipe by Ina Garten. Normally the other two loaves would make a second meal, but since I am heading to Florida Monday to see my son and his family, and John is staying in Richmond, they will become two dinners for John while I’m away. Fortunately John likes meatloaf.
