I had a number of pictures from which to choose, but I kept returning to this single cloud. I just liked the way it hovered all alone in the sky. To me it looks like a dog waiting for a treat. But, hey, that's just me.
In the interest of honesty, I did a little color boosting. That's not cheating, is it?
Before I read your comment I said, "It looks like a Puli or a Kommondor". Those are the dogs with the natural dreadlocks that hang to ground. A black Puli is second on my wish list, after I complete my house hunting.
By any chance, did you take this around 1:30 on Thursday? It looks similar to a cloud I couldn't take my eyes off of while having lunch on the patio at the office. I wanted to get a photo of it but having a camera on company grounds can get me fired - not worth it!
I see a seal!
In high school, my girlfriend & I used to lie in the grass and look at the clouds & find shapes - a lot different to the high school students these days :)
Sorry, Allison, I have no imagination today, I guess.....I can't "see" any shape in that cloud. What I do see is a beautiful blue sky after all the dreary weather we have had this week on the East Coast -- and this little cloud just adds interest to the sky.
I'm never very imaginative with seeing different things in clouds. I'd fail if this were a test of some sort. So, I'll just say that this is really pretty sky with a puffy cloud in it.
