At my brother's house are butterfly bushes that attract many different varieties of butterflies. They flutter from branch to branch and hang like Christmas ornaments when they light. It is such a cheerful sight.
This is gorgeous. Congrats on finding a cooperative swallowtail. I chased a black one from butterflybush to butterflybush but didn't get any good shots. You have inspired me to try again another day.
Lovely! I still am in search of a butterfly to "capture" for 365. And my apologies for my lack of comments...seems I have not seen some of your recent posts...my friend is back in the hospital (since Tues) so I am having trouble finding time for comments..can barely find a photo to post each day...but really I am not complaining (even though I know it sounds that way) just "s-plaining."
