This rose is blooming on my patio. It is only about an inch across, Every Spring the plant buds and blooms then during the summer something strips it of its leaves, and it looks absolutely dead. Now at the end of the summer it miraculously puts out new leaves and a few fresh flowers. I'm always amazed at its perseverance. I
