Read All About It!

Holiday or not, the library newsletter is published on the first of the month. Since it is delivered as a pdf via email, I don't have to be at school to distribute the news. I hope it motivates teachers to come to the library for new books and maybe some ideas for teaching.
Very cool!

Cool idea, and it saves on paper, unless you print it out.

I used to do our monthly parent newsletter at my job in an elementary school. I know it's a big job - looks like your is very nicely put together! Great shot! Happy New Year to you!

How many of your teachers actually read it? (I would, but I'd be in a small minority at my school!)

@ZG That is such a good question. Our old email system allowed us to see who had read emails and downloaded attachments. Now we use gmail and the messages go off in the ether and we don't know what happens to them. Sometimes I put in a question with a prize for the right answer and I can see who cares enough to respond. The bottom line is: you can only provide opportunities; it is up to the tem if they want to take advantage. Just like the classroom teacher and her students!
