The official temperature was 98F which tied the record, but according to the thermometer in my car, we hit the century mark! And wouldn't you know it, today was the day for all end-of-the-year class parties which were held off campus and outdoors. I felt lucky to be back at school, inventorying books in the air-conditioned library.
We were traveling home after visiting family this weekend and wouldn't you know the air conditioning needs to be refreshed- so it was a long, hot drive! I believe your car was right! How nice for you to have a job that kept indoors and out of the heat! Fun pic to capture the main event of the day!
