Paw Pouches on Parade

What, you are surely asking, is a paw pouch? Our school mascot is a cougar and one of the symbols that can be found on school paraphernalia is the cougar paw print. These zippered pouches, laid out neatly in the library during the visit of a First Grade class, are issued to all Lower School students to transport and protect their books. The idea is that a student should always have a book close at hand when the opportunity presents itself for a little reading. And what better place to find time for a good book than the library?
Good idea! I also think they are very attractive looking!

An awesome idea, and if the young students are taught at that early age, we can instill a healthy habit into their life.
