Time to Re-Tire

On this morning's walk I actually saw two abandoned tires. This one, displayed so prominently, won the photo contest and the right to a day on 365.

Well I guess people see it as a cheeper way to expose of them. It does cost to throw away tires, at least here in PA..

@phil_howcroft It was SITC (straight in to camera) just like that but I did some processing in Picnik before I posted it.

That is funny!! Looks like my neighborhood! Bicycle seats on wood posts and abadoned rims on empty lots. Great catch!!
