Manicured

We have the most amazing landscapers and grounds crew at our school. Despite the 98 degree heat, they are out every day watering, weeding, trimming and mowing. This is the front lawn of the Lower School, and despite its golf course-like beauty, there are no signs saying "Keep off the grass."
Great lines and capture

While my son was in high school and college he ran his own lawn service, so our yard often looked like this too. You have a lovely school!

manicured lawns, how very English allison :)...very colonial :).....love those lines ...have you thought of a crop to take out the path...the image becomes very abstract if you do that

@phil_howcroft You and I always think along the same lines! I actually tried that first but it reduced the horizontal expanse of the composition and reduced its impact. The "path" is actually the mulched area at the base of a tree. You can see the shadow of the foliage.
