Walking back from a meeting this afternoon on the other side of campus, I took this picture before school has officially started. Everything is fresh and sparkling, ready for the students to arrive. The faculty have meetings, planning time and professional development all this week, as we get out of summer mode and turn back into teachers. It is wonderful to enjoy the long lazy days of summer but I think we are all looking forward to meeting our students to begin the serious business of learning.
that has got to be a special time in a teachers life. I thought of you carrying all of Sara's books into her new class room. She has built a small library that would make you proud.
