Every year on September 15, innovative educators around the world celebrate International Dot Day by making time to encourage their students’ creativity and genius potential. Inspired by Peter H. Reynolds treasured story, The Dot, students are encouraged to “make their mark” by starting simply with a dot and then seeing where that dot takes you.
Here you see a teacher and her 4th grade class celebrating Dot Day all week. They included a session of Twister with their kindergarten connect class. A good time was had by all!
what a great collage to show your efforts. I wish more educators would think outside the box. I travel to a lot of schools and I meet many people just going through the motions. I guess it is hard to stay motivated sometimes
