Panorama

A second stop on my way home from church. I love the carpet of yellow leaves scattered in the road and the beautiful colors that the trees on this block are wearing. I wonder what will remain after Sandy blows through. All area schools are closed tomorrow since the worst of the wind and rain should occur midday. No one wants to take a chance and have kids in school or on the roads if and when flooding occurs.

Lovely shot. I've been thinking most of the leaves will be gone after Sandy blows through. It's 8:30 AM and the Baltimore news channels are doing their best to scare us but so far Sandy is no more than ordinary rain and a little wind. BUT it will get worse, much worse, says the news girl in her anorak. My sister in Chesapeake says you guys are seeing more of Sandy than we are. Stay dry!
