My favorite cookie, or should I say European biscuit, as it is described on the box. This is Petit Ecolier, made by LU France. I first tasted these at the home of my daughter the pastry chef. The chocolate is 70% cocoa and very rich and intense. It is a small indulgence and a treat for the eye as well as the taste.
